Hot White Chocolate (Yummy)

6oz White Chocolate
3 Pints Cold Milk
2 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder
2 tsp Orange Flavoured Liqueur
Whipped Cream and Ground Cinnamon, to serve.

Finely chop the white chocolate with a sharp knife (try not to handle it too much or it will melt )
Pour the milk into a large heavy based saucepan and heat until almost boiling and bubbles form around the pan. Add the white chocolate, coffee powder and orange flavoured liqueur. Stir until the chocolte has melted.

Pour the hot chocolate into four mugs. Top each with a swirl or spoonful of whipped cream and add a sprinkling of ground cinnamon
