so i can still set it up? cos if my mum has to agree over the phone, i mightnot have internet for over a week!

does anyone have any recommendations of good broadband thats cheap? ive got ntl here, but its a bit crap as its down quite alot.

Jenny I have 'Wannado' and like it, but I think with any S/P you have to wait a few days for connection..mine was 10 days We used to have BT when if first started, the connection was in my name so son just paid me it was the easiest. You could try looking at some of the options on line before you disconnect...do a search Good luck again Jenny, I am sure all we Dogwebbers will be thinking of you, speak to you soon
PS. remember lots of libraries have net connections if you can find one until you get connected

I'd go with the baby gate (or similar - you might be able to construct something cheaper) too Jenny. Cats aren't stupid - the cat will get its new life worked out very soon.
