Chloe's Operation

Hey,

My black lab Chloe has gone in for an operation on her leg today Apparently she wont be able to come home until tomorrow or Saturday though we'll hopefully find out how the operation has gone today.

Its a big operation so we're a bit worried, but the vet said they do one most days so she should be fine. Oh, and they also found out that she has arthritis in the damaged joint!! She's only four years old

Anyway, fingers crossed that she comes through the operation ok! I'll let you know when they phone us to tell us how its gone...

I will be thinking of you both today, I know exactly how stressful it is leaving your dog at the vets for an operation. Good luck, let us know how she is later, I'm sure she'll be fine!

Thanks everyone!

So far i have cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen (did the washing up as well - By hand!!lol), i've groomed my horse and cleaned his stable and i've walked the puppies! Still no word from the vet so she hasn't had her operation yet or is in there now. Think i'll keep myself occupied on here for a little while then start washing cars!

She's going to need 6 weeks of complete rest when she comes home which she is going to hate! She wont even be able to sleep on my bed as she's not allowed to jump She'll definately get lots of cuddles and attention when she does come home though!
