Loki's fits

Loki had a couple of fits - 9.15 pm and 9.45 pm. Both only lasted about 10 secs, if that.

As if having them I had to get the vet out last week because of a callus on Loki's elbow and she got two injections as it was infected, she's on anti-biotics as well.

Fingers crossed she won't have many more fits - I think that must be the reason she hasn't wanted to come out for her walks over the weekend but my next door neighbour helped me today to get her out by walking down in front of her and she followed him!

Everything crossed here for you too Brandykins. I feel so lucky I've never had any of these sort of serious problems with any of my dogs. Such a worry for you but you remain bright and positive. Lucky Loki.

I too have everything crossed for Loki, and hope that there are no more fits.

Do you think that the upset of having to see the vet etc. might have brought the current fits on?

Thank goodness they only lasted a few seconds and she is on the right side (fingers crossed here)

Sorry to be reading this Rose. I hope Loki has remained fit free and continues too.

Sorry to hear that Loki has had another couple of episodes Rose - thankfully very short though, and I hope she has gotten over them OK with no more to come.

Many thank to you all and all your thoughts have helped - she has had no more, fingers crossed! She went into the bathroom to sleep about 2 am this morning and is still there! I hope that is them all over for a while.

It may have been stress because of the callus bothering her and getting a couple of injections.
