Overcast at the moment but meant to clear. Teazle walked and one load of bedding in machine. Hope to get to a garden centre later for some Spring bulbs

b) No CCJ's or other outstanding debts
c) No past criminal convictions
d) No pets (although some landlords will move on this)
e) No past drug use

Thank you, problem is I only have savings, a small pension and just the proceeds of the sale of the house which I know will see me through for years and years, I am and always have been careful with money but landlords don't know me. Don't want to sound defeatist but I can understand.
