Morning Moyra, brenda, Sue and all who follow.
Fairly nice morning here have to pop out later to get Dillon's prescription so Gorden and I may both go and pop into the garden centre local to the vet and maybe have a coffee if not to crowded.

Hope everyone and all four legged friends are well today.

Thanks Sue. I never used to be a worrier but maybe it comes with age or circumstance? Who knows? My main worry now is after speaking to a friend this morning whether I can specify a completion date so that I can find somewhere to move into? And then hope that the buyers don't pull out. On the plus side have blitzed the house and been for a lovely walk. Have a good day all.

You are bound to have some worries since moving house is said to be the second most stressful thing we ever do.

You'll need to get your solicitor to confirm but I can't see why you shouldn't specify a completion date so long as it's reasonable i.e. not tomorrow

Weather cool but dry here, dogs sleeping under the bushes, not sure what's on the agenda today apart from walkies

Good morning all.

Nice light jumper weather here and the sun is out so no doubt it will be rammed this afternoon - hopefully for the last time for a while.

Brenda, have a chat with your agents. They might be able to set your mind at rest on how the rental market works when you are reliant on a house sale.

Got the plumber coming tomorrow to check that he's ordering what we want and, of course, for us to pay for it . He should be starting the work towards the end of this week I would think if everything is in stock.

I've been in my first shop since early March today. Gary wants to try jigsaw puzzles so I popped in a shop in town to buy a couple of cheap ones. Fortunately, only one other person in the shop and we both (along with the saleswoman) had masks on so not too traumatic, but, until we have a vaccine, not something I want to do unless forced

Good afternoon all.

Fantastic day here. Weather okay but up before 6 out with Gert back work washing on line, out to Sainsburys shopping for week meals done. Popped to a friends with a bunch of flowers its been a year since her beloved Butch died just short of 17. She has a Chihuahua now "Burt" he is 1 end of Sept, think I mentioned taking her to collect him. Anyhow took a bunch of flowers and a some Daffs for her to plant his Birthday was March so the daffs will be nice when they flowers. Did not stop handed them over on the doorstep.

Then back home out again for a couple of hours with Gert, came home and had scrambled egg on toast Yummy popped the chicken in for dinner and now finally sitting down.
