Tawney - I did have water to the loo. But I draw the line at sticking my head down the pan to rinse L'Oreal off!

Mains to drinking tap, outside tap and loo not affected. It was the other cold and the hot which comes from the roof tanks that was off. Because it has a booster pump to make pressure better it is dependent on that pump.

I don't have a booster here. You just allow half an hour for rinsing hair and can probably go to the movies while waiting for a bath to fill!

So far Arif the site maintenance (sweeping etc) seems competent at his job. And Dick the gardner is a very jolly chappy.

Par for the course really. Nothing in my life goes THAT smoothly!

But Helena when I think of the trouble you go to PRIOR to anyone going in one of your units. And this lazy bint hadn't even checked if the taps worked!
