Took Blade & Misty Picking Up on Thursday!

Because it my birthday, the headkeeper let me go picking up with his OH, rather than go beating!

What a day we had! Both the dogs loved it! Misty walked away from the day with a bit of a limp, but was fine again on Friday, so I think she just pulled something because of all the running around!

Blade was picking lots of pheasants, I was so proud of him!

Misty, bless her, found me a pheasant, but couldn't work out how to pick it up, her mouth is a bit small!

I had such a fantastic day, and some very tired dogs at the end of it!!

Hopefully, me, Blade & Misty will be allowed to go picking up again, and maybe Misty will work out how to carry a pheasant!!!
