I know this isn't exactly "action", but for contorsion, it's pure genius! Lol!

I'm rubbish at getting action shots and wish I could hire Phil for the day to tell me how he gets shots as amazing as those!! (Phil that one on the beach in particular is awesome )

I find action really hard - for every 1/2 way good one there are thousands I have to bin - then I am not playing with the dogs
