obedience with millie - how high can she go?

ok atm - millie is 15 weeks - she can sit, down(Slowly lol), recall, paws (left and right and she knows the differnce), we are leaning stand - she can stay for me to walk away - randomly walk around a come back to her side - quite a while really

she'a springer (3/4 i think) and 1/4 border collie - but she looks like a spinger and has markings of a collie - IMO

bascially i want to do obidience with her - ive sent off my activity register form thingy to the kennell club (which i ahvent heard back from which im going to chase up!) - how far can i go with her - because shes a cross breed??

my last dog (who mum took on when i got a horse) - was a great obedience dog - but her draw back was if she was having abad day - she peg it outa the ring and bog off lol!!!

millies totally differnet - smart, friendly etc - i want to take her to the top if possible but am not sure how far she can go???
