I would suspect most of the dogs there were actually Sibes Otherwise that is one hell of a turnaround Normally there are very few Mals at this rally - the year before last there were no separate classes scheduled for Mals to enter and they had to tag on the end of the Sibe class (although there was only one Mal competitor ). Then last year, even though a D2 class was put on, there were only 2 Mal teams and 2 more who ran a Mal in a mixed team.

This rally is too far for us unfortunately but recognise some of the dogs in the photo's

Nice photo's Zoundz - it is always good to see photo's from other rallies

perhaps it was the time we went - to be honest there weren't many there at all :/ of any breed - but we did only get there about 2.00 pm... so much later than usual. There were a few teams of sibes - in fact i think i photo'd all bar about 2 teams... all the rest then were mals - and erm... smooth collies! lol - 3 this year, there was one last year. ooh and there were two samoyeds and the people with shibas - there were 3 shibas i think. But yeah - there were a *lot* of mals! Perhaps I was being daft saying it was mostly mals - but i would say it was at least 50 50 split

Lovely day though!

xx

Great pics, thanks for posting, regardless of the numbers and what exact breed I think they all looked like any loved doggy should look which is the only thing that really matters to me.
