How awful for you living next door to these people, trying to rip you off, hun go off buy one as cheap as possible and plonk it on there door step, nasty bits of work, wot did your dog do chew threw their conservatory.

I spoke to her yesterday and she said that they had to repair the rabbit run but were buying a new one at the weekend so she would tell me Mon how much I owed in total, I said I will pay for fixing it or replacing it not both and she wasnt very happy.

Seriously now I would set a limit on the ammount you will pay ie £70 (taken from what people are saying they cost) and tell them you will not go above that - in case they come back with a £300 hutch - put it in writing and tell them you have placed a copy with your solicitor.
