It does. I once overheard someone telling their small child (must have been about 5 or 6 years old) that if their teacher told them off they were to tell mummy and mummy would go in and beat the teacher up

hey , you did absolutely the right thing , can you imagine the reaction from this guy if Lily had been agressive , some parents have a lot to answer for , my daughter is a new teacher and some of the things she tells me about parents is beyond belief !

sorry I had to lol, not at the situation but at your patience. I'd have reduced her father to tears with the abuse he would have got.. (but I am a 5' 11'' guy) glad lily is ok =]

I don't think I could have been as patient as you. 3 times you told her off and still she came back, I would have lost it by then (I expect children to do as I tell them ) and if the father had spoken to me like that I would have blown my top. I'm actually a very mild mannered person until someone pushes me too far and then I explode. Some parents are unbelievable.
