One meal of raw?

Is it ok to feed one raw meal for breakfast and then a kibble meal in the evening (or the other way about)?

I would like to eventually go over to exclusive raw feeding, but don't feel confident enough yet to just feed raw.

Yes it is perfectly fine, I do it quite often when travelling

I did it for a long while and it worked for us. We've just made the jump to raw recently after half and half for a couple of years.

Kirsty, I was advised never to feed bone and kibble on the same day as it is digested at different rates and so can cause problems. Have you thought of feeding something like Naturediet as the other meal?

I've heard this too but my lot never had any issues and always had good motions. I've not heard any scientific evidence to back it up.

Is well what Tupac? It was advise given to me at a raw feeding seminar and in all honesty where bone is concerned I go for better safe than sorry.

Loki's mum, I can't remember who told
me but it was discussed. The vet running the course also said if you feed kibble and only
make one change, it should be onto wet food.
