So glad to hear you found a good vet, Sreebh! And especially to hear that your puppy is doing so much better. I'm sure those massages will help. The olive oil will help to minimise any scarring left by the mites. Vitamin E oil is really good for this too-- if you can't find any for topical use, you can just get the capsules from a shop and poke them with a pin to get the oil out. Tea Tree is a brilliant natural antibiotic. But also, the massages themselves will be so helpful. Stress is dreadful and makes everything so much worse, and your tiny little pup has been through so much-- those kind and loving massages from you will be so restful and relaxing.

Three cheers to you! More than three. All the cheers! Without all you have been doing for your little guy he would almost certainly have come to a sad end from all his difficulties. It's your care that is pulling him through. You totally rock!

I know this is an old thread of mine, just out of curiosity I read it again. I cannot believe my dog actually went through all that mess as a pup!. He is a healthy and happy dog today, the most gentle dog I have seen. Thanks to all who helped me last Christmas to save him.

AW! What a face! He looks a lot like a more delicate, lighter version of my little Habibi. He's come through shining! Thank you so much for coming back with this update. I'm so glad he's doing so well. It's all down to you-- without you he wouldn't be alive today, and look at him!

Well done. May you have many happy, healthy years together-- and may you finally be able to get some well-deserved rest!
