Okay I know who did it and how in most cases, but the first, the lady in the Supermarket how was the chemical administered to her, I know it was something on her hand but how did it get there?

i think it may have been sent in a purfume bottle from arcadia (but not by a member of staff) and a note saying 'we found this in your room when you left'
Then she sprayed it on the back of her hand to smell it... like what the other woman did (the one who died in her room in episode1 after rowing with her husband about the newspaper)
Does that make sense or is it as clear as muddy water?!
