I remember ALL of those plus Muffin the Mule in black and white which no-one has admitted to yet! (maybe that's why I have black and white dogs! )
When BBC2 started, my cousin was a continuity announcer - while the "world" was spinning in between programmes, he would do the voiceover as to what was on next. He was then a stunning looking man, I could never understand why he was never in front of the camera, and mad too - his friends included Tim Brooke-Taylor and Bill Oddie. Those were the days.

My most vivid memory of childhood TV was going from school to my friend Louise's house and watching Jackanory while we had Marmite on toast. We used to scream with laughter over the terrible graphics - if a character was shown running for example, the body and head would be a fixed pic and there was a wheel that moved the legs round in a very obvious way - but being aged 10, we were quick to scorn most things!

I was hooked on Thunderbirds and was most upset when a young colleague condemned it as "rubbish" recently.....

I was lucky enough to spend 4 years in Germany and 4 years in Singapore as a child ...however when we were in the UK we did watch TV ...here is my list through the years

OMG ..I remember most of them I loved Super Ted
and watch with mother Spotty dog ...and the Clangers ( was frightened of the soup dragon tho' ) and Noggin the Nog , Trumpten and Candlewick green and who was the ones who had ''Marinaaa aqua Marinaaaaa'' ?? pmsl
