Signatures On Profiles

I haven't got one on my profile at the moment, but I have noticed some cracking ones on fellow Dogsey members posts.

I have to admit that it has become a bit of a habit with me these days...not only do I spend hours reading the threads...I also spend hours looking at the signatures, no wonder my head is spinning

How did you come about yours? Is it a well known poem, quote or simply something you made up?

Part of mine contains a quote from Lesley (Shadowboxer) who I still miss very much - she had a cracking sense of humour and never failed to make me laugh out loud

Mine is from a coffee-table book about dogs, and there are some lovely pics, with some nice little quotes

I picked this:
What does that mean, "expensive shoe"?
I ate it because it smelled like you.

Because it was next to a picture of a little Boxer puppy, with a half chewed shoe in his mouth, looking like butter wouldn't melt! Sums up the breed for me

I saw mine on a fridge magnet that my very best friend gave me. It just means so much to me and I think is a wonderful sentiment

I still laugh when I read that one

Mine is a quote that sums up my special boy Ben, who was a lab, say no more

Mine was in memory of my soulmate Meg, I have had other dogs too that are still firmly in my memory, but Meg was the one that spent 23 years of her life by my side, helped Reah through all her issues and even in her 23rd year, going blind and deaf, still sat washing Skye who was with us 4 months before Meg left us.

Ok first bit is self explanatory.

2nd bit cuz I really need that sofa, when my house is finished I keep telling myself.

3rd is for SB

4th is a quote from Billy Connolly. Oh my word, if you have not seen that bit he does about dogs having a season you really have to, it has me crying with laughter and was the first thing that really got me into Billy and collecting his dvds.

Last 2 are the mottos I live my life by really, or try to. Life is too short, don't waste it!
