But they were crosses and that's how dogs have developed so we should be more welcoming to anyone with a dog no matter if they are pedigree or crosses.

Not accusing you but some people have found us less than welcoming have a look in the breed section it has been raised on a couple of threads in there.

I think some of it could well be to do with buying these 'designer 'teacup' type of dogs from what are puppy farms.
There are many people breeding many types of dogs in decent environments from health checked dogs, but unfortunately you see and hear time and time again people buying puppies in sad circumstances.
It is a matter of educating would be owners out there as to the facts of what goes on behind the scenes, so maybe sometimes people are hard on the designer crossbreed owners, but perhaps it is more to do with them being gullible enough to buy a puppy with a fancy name but poor health.

Apart from what has been said here, I went onto the website and was astounded to see the cost of this Walking with "Wolves" experience. Over £80 for one hour would you believe

I can walk with the Jimster for longer than that for nothing, and the experience (especially if cats are involved) can stay with me for weeks

I'll let people walk with my 'wolves' for less than that

the point is how did they manage to con countrywise, most people all observe the wizards first rule tho

Julie - Don't be so sensitive . All dogs are welcome here and nobody is judged .... if they are they shouldn't be. Pedigree and mongrels are virtually the same genetically anyway and there are probably as many cross breeds here as pedigrees. I grew up with a mongrel dog who was the fittest most healthy dog we ever owned.
