I hope the dogweb poll is right. I always vote conservative and am fuelled on in it due to my loathing of blair but aloso like somebody else said the only politician i have seen is my conservative one he has been sat on the side of the main road on the way to school every morning and we have conservative banners everywhere i havent seen the labour man anywhere? i have had letters off the lib dems but thats it my conservative bloke deserves to win for effort alone

Well, expect the interest rate to rise now that Bliar (deliberate mispelling) has been put back in

Expect even MORE tax rises (along with the 157 since they were first elected)

I give up I really do. Why don't people read the business news instead of the tabloids, then they might realise what is happening ?

Have to agree with you there, although I'll admit I didn't vote Labour I went for the Green Party!! But good on everyone who did vote!! At least you care enough in the first place.
Hoggett I have to say I agree with everything you've said (including the tin hat! ). I work in hospitals a lot (being a student nurse! ) and we do everything we can for patients but sometimes you have to wait! I went in to A & E last year in agony and was seen straight away by the sister and consultant and the pain was eased within 30 minutes of me arriving (and no they didn't know I was a studetn nurse! ). Once on the ward it took 2 days for the ultrasound because they're very busy!! But I didn't mind cos for the amount I pay in contributions every month, year etc it is worth the peace of mind. The level of care was brilliant and I had nothing to complain about, I may of had to wait but then so does everyone else! It feels to me that we're living in a society that's self obsessed "I want it and I want it now!" I can't tell you the amount of times I here that particular sort of complaint from people in any one day on a hospital ward!
It's true the NHS is on it's knees but the people that work within it do their absolute best with the resources they've got, until that changes nothing else will! Just look at the alternatives to the NHS they ain't pretty believe me!
