Seriously though it was fine. I got gel on, I hardly felt the needle, apart from the horrible sound, the drill was ok, then filling it was a doddle. Apparently the nerve had died away, so didn't even have that to remove. A piece of cake really.

Just got to wait for this awful numbness to go.
