Zooplus

Anyone ordered from the above? (I used them once for Degus food, order came very quickly). How long for deliveries usually? I got an email saying my order was dispatched on Friday, I haven't received anything yet? Does it usually take this long?

Thanks

I used to use them a lot - they just don't stock the food i use now. I never had any problems but would leave a week for the order to arrive.

I also had an open bag once and i got a replacement right away and the other bag was given to charity as they didn't want it returned as once food has been dispatched they can't resell it.

Like i say - no probs for me when i used them. They were very helpful. Hope you get your order soon.

I think mine took about 5 days but I could track the parcel on DHL and it came from Germany.

Must admit I had never heard of the other one and DHL is probably the best courier service in our area. Does the other company not have a tracking facility?

I used to use them all the time, haven't lately because I have found a local supplier who delivers for free too.
Never had a problem, I do remember one order took a bit longer once, but it arrived within the week.

I seem to recall mine came with Royal Mail.
