Do fish innards count as offal?
Twice a week Pereg has two raw fish for her first meal - either sardines or barbounia, bought fresh and frozen by me. Usually I take them out of the freezer the night before but sometimes she has them still frozen.As the fish are whole and I do not gut them before freezing, are the innards classed as offal in a raw diet?
