trouble loading

anyone having trouble with the print shop web site,, it will just not load on my pc any more and cant think why,, just loads half a page then hangs,, got flash installed so cant think what else it would be

thought that java was allready installed ,, where do i find it if its not installed,, this site has always worked in the past
