Kammi,when you think about it there's "a lot that could potentially go wrong" in any situation;
A marriage
Pregnancy
Your health
Job
Etc etc,you can't live your life dwelling on the negatives Go after what it is you want,it won't come looking for you That's for sure saddest word I think is REGRET especially for the life a person could have had...alright pep talk over

I am usually always happy and positive and looking forward to things... I don't know why my brain had started to panic!

Possibly it just needs to worry for a few days and then settle itself so I can be excited again
