Baby tooth not come out???

Hi guys, my Chihuahua has lost most of his baby teeth just one of the canine teeth the new tooth has grown by the side of the baby tooth, should I leave it for a couple of months or take him to a vet to get it sorted? I clean them every day his gums are healthy and pink and he chews lots on hyde sticks ect. I just don't know if I should be too concerned yet the baby tooth in question is not loose yet but at the otherside when the baby tooth did come out it was about 1 inch long. Any info would be good.

Marius had the same thing for a while, his large canine tooth also had the baby one next to it for quite a while.

His dropped out eventually - personally I would leave it for a wee while. If it is still there after all his other teeth have come through to replace the milk ones, then I'd consult the vet.
