Thank you everyone. Ben is doing really really well He is off the monitor and out of his incubator and we are trying him with mouth feeds, rather than his tube ... so it is all steps in the right direction.

He now weighs nearly 4lbs and we couldn't be happier.

No Louise, he is in the Borders General at Melrose.

We aren't snowed in (thanks to the trusty Land Rover) but it was touch and go for a while, but it is raining now
