I dont grill in fat...... who grills in fat?? I grill on a wire rack with a tray underneath (a grillpan?!) to get all the fat off?? And i use frylight- 1 calorie spray to cook with, havent used oil in years!

Can't do your diet as i can't eat anything on it. I'm on my own diet- so far lost nearly 4stone so not doing too bad!

It's usually cereals during the week, as I eat brekkie at work, so Cornflakes or Cheerios (the plain ones) with semi-skimmed milk.

The weekend, however, is not so virtuous......

At the mo anything I can ram down my pie hole fast enough to allow me to get outside and prevent Isla from eating, chewing or digging up the garden!

All the running round the garden I do in the morning is pretty healthy though!
