we are gonna speak to the councel today and see if we can put our names down on her house as lodgers. That way, she still says she lives there, and we pay rent. And she wont get in trouble either.

do you mean lodgers and living there with her ?
Sometimes the social is a bit funny about family members as lodgers (unless you say you will be the lodger - not your boyfriend- and that you dont know her-) but if the social is paying HER rent they may deduct this from her benefits because it will be seen as income
. You need to be careful how you phrase things.
also if you are saying you will lodge there without her being there this would break her tenancy agreement as it would be classed as sub letting
not trying to be the bearer of bad news but you need to look into it carefully.

she will say she is still living there, and yes i think it will effect her benefits. she is gonna say my boyfriend is living there, not me. It shud be ok i think. She is gonnna ask tomorrow now.

Only problem is, dogs rnt allowed, so have to be careful

i hope you get all this sorted jen,i think it will do you good to have space of your own instead of living like you are at the moment. it can't be easy for you and it doesn't help with indie either you know i will chat if you need it i don't know what to advice in your housing issue but i hope it can be sorted for every ones sake.stay strong jen things will work out in the end.
