When I was doing my National Diploma in Horse Management, my tutor group went to various places;

Riding Schools
Dressage Yard
Eventing Yard
Behaviourist - Monty Roberts Type
Saddlery
Equine Vets
Equine Dentist
Studs of various kinds - Racing etc.

What part of the equine industry do you prefer?

ahh thanks for the list.

im not to sure really, i like the idea of re training racehorses which is what i would love to have a go at when i can afford it. maybe something like that or a showjumping yard??? ahh decisions lol

not to keep on a livery or riding school as have worked in both and would like a new experience. stud yard sounds interesting though.

thanks

There are various places that rehabilitate and re train racers, I've visited one, I think it's called Greatwood, somewhere in Wiltshire!

My friend works at a throughbred stud, she loves it, got a job there through her work experience.
