I think I'm still on the first page but this has me choking with laughter. Oh I'm glad I found this - I was getting bored rigid working online - Bella went to bed about an hour ago (I put the electric blanket on for her haaa!) Got to read the rest now!

Oh Jet&Copper! HAAAAA! Right, that's done it, I've had a carp day working - last night I couldn't get logged onto here at all and have had to have a new password and all that. I am now disconnecting my remote connection to the UK and going to read all the rest of this thread! I am armed with a very large drink (but if I keep laughing out loud muttley will get out of bed and come and pester me!)

Please all don't go to bed yet. And I don't think Fairytoes is on the wrong site. It's made my day!

Me again. Have controlled my giggling now. On a slightly less frivolous note re dogs and furniture and beds.

When I had GSDs and young kids my dogs were not allowed upstairs at all (so obviously not on the beds), and were not allowed to sit on the furniture either and they never tried to.

It was the sheer SIZE of the dogs (and a little to do with how much fur they shed) that was the reason.

The small dogs I've had have used all the furniture and slept on my bed (well, here in Cyprus for some of the year, they do actually prefer the cooler tiled floors if they are hairy).

It said nothing about my personal standards or my dog's behaviour. It was a practical thing. I LOVE my dog being close to me and wish she was 'more cuddly' - she wants to be in the vicinity of you, but not ON you or snuggled up to you - if any part of you comes in contact - she moves over a bit!

She is a well behaved dog and very clean and everyone loves her. Everyone loved the GSDs too.

Now I do have a bit of a problem regarding working on the computer. I can only do it when she is not checking on her FB page
