Well I would suggest you tell us all where these atrocities took place so that the authorities can take action.

Was this a KC registered club?

A private trainer?

In any case I would complain to the RSPCA at the very least?

This is not training, it is animal abuse.

Name and shame.

Thats what my dear friend said and referred me to dogsey. He is from the RSPCA and they have not helped me over the years....I am disabled and trained him well in the home but he is frightened in the outside world, strange dogs he goes in screaming mode in 0-60 seconds.....this is going to make him worse surely. He is so so nervous now, I could cry. Rang the vet but couldnt gv names sooooo !!!!

You came on here for help, we cannot help you until and unless you give us the name of the person who did this to your dog.

I live in Wiltshire I will ensure that the relevant authorities are informed immediately.

HAve you taken your dog to the vet to determine if your dog has been harmed?

There is nothing to talk about, you need to report this person/club immediately to the RSPCA, the police, the vet, the Kennel Club.

So who is it, you must have a name that you contacted for training advice, a location that you went to with your dog?

What is the problem?
