Morning all it`s out :smt038
Spoke with vet last night & asked him to hang on a while as GP was comfy & symptoms had gone, also one of my other males took 4/5 dys to pass a sock he`d swallowed Anyway out first light this morning & nothing, back out an hour later & away he goes BUT as well as the bone which was only a small piece, bit smaller than 10 pence piece was another hard object After the lovely job of cleaning it...not!!! I thought it was a stone then maybe a brazil nut but it`s a toenail from a pigs trotter :smt103
I don`t know what to make of it at all, his symptoms weren`t of a blockage or where they??? Even vet says they were classic of poisin/toxic. But he`s fine now & I`m so so relieved.

Hi Mari I was going to give him the castor oil on the tuesday night but I decided to wait till wed morning cos he would have threw it straight back up(he couldn`t even take water) so he had it yesterday morn then luch time but last night with his dinner I also gave him large amount of vitC as well
Castor oil certainly gets them moving tho!!!
Christine
