I think you need to google a bit more info on the C.A. Sheps Myra. He looks JUST like the white ones. Not as big yet.

You can look up the DIFFERENCES twixt Anatolians and Central Asians and you will see exactly what they are.

I already did before I responded to you.

And they got him from Russia.

Wow - wonder what his size will be when he gets older! Massive paws indeed. Lovely looking boy though.

He is moving away in July. They are getting weed so the army will give them a house on the base. They don't give accommodation to cohabiting couples ... ever. Even if they've been together for years and got kids.

Lots of Brit forces families have dogs so hopefully they will get sensible advice.

They will probably need weed to cope with the bruises if he decides to sit on their laps!

What a glorious dog.

Ahh, I see now. The Central Asian Ovtcharkas are not like the Caucasian Ovtcharkas at all. Two totally different breeds. They have docked tails, are smaller, and are less fluffy. You'll never see a Caucasian Ovtcharka with a dock.

They resemble Kangals while Caucasian Ovtcharkas resemble Tibetan Mastiffs. My mistake. I thought "Ovtcharka" was only one breed.
