At this time of year...

Hi,

Well it is the time of year that I am starting to worry. Why? I'll tell you.

For the last two years this is the time that my health started to play up and I have ended up in hospital for christmas! So I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that nothing happens this year.

(I would cross my toes, but I'll have a job!)

Ian

Fingers crossed for you as well , I know what you mean about the time of year that your health suffers, if myne detiriorates it's going to be in the winter and I dread it, but still it's so nice to see you laughing again, and try not to worry

Fingers crossed for no more bad health! Maybe you could take some extra vitamins or have an in depth health check to ease worrying about it? At least if you get checked now the doctor may be able to spot any early warning signs? Also what about doing something special like a little mini break with friends as a holiday is great for lowering stress levels? Sorry probably useless advice for you but i cant think of anything else to try and keep your health and immune system as high as possible.

Hi,
Really there isn't anything the doc's can check on regarding my circulation (which has been the problem in the past) the only warning sign that comes is either a black spot on the skin or I get an ulcer which won't heal then it is too late to do anything about.

I would like to get away for a few days, howeve I haven't anyone to go with, which isn't a problem but I can't really afford to. I am taking a multivitamin tablet to try and keep things topped up.

Ian

Well if you can get down to Somerset you are more than welcome to stay here for a bit! I'd have to empty out the spare room and get a bed but apart from that, and of course Blackie is welcome to come too!
