Bleurch.......lumpy banana

I tend to eat a banana a day, usually for breakfast. The bunch I bought for this week is vile. Each banana (I've eaten three so far) has little hard lumps in......I've never had anything like it before - vile and disgusting. The two that are left are headed for the bin.

They sound a bit on the green side Vicki??? I only like them spotty anyway, it's the only way you can only taste them, I hate those green ones, they seem all "lumpy" sometimes to me too! Those "value" ones in Tesco are weird too, there's something very odd about them, have you ever tried those?

I can't believe I'm sitting here typing about bananas at 9pm at night! God I must get a life soon!!!!!

No Vicki! Years ago,i used to do lorry driving for a produce company and discovered these on my load! They have an unusual, but nice flavour! Not sure where you can buy them from cause i used to deliver them (along with tons of other things!) to the various US airbases round Cambs,Suffolk,Norfolk & Beds.

Your best bet maybe Waitrose???
