Fishy Friday 10th March 2023

Morning all. Yep usually fish on a Friday. But you may have a different idea of what to have for dinner? I am seriously annoyed at not one single snow flake down here. Hope you all have a good day what ever the weather.

Dull and damp here. Teazle walked and just housework to do today. School run this afternoon. Our neighbours have had some trees bordering our property cut back and all the sawdust is now in our back and front gardens so every time you go in and out you bing it in. I am fed up with cleaning the hall carpet. Just got to wait until it is dry to sweep it all up.

Just a few snowflakes within the rain here but bitterly cold

The scooter saga continues. We have got one back, but the other is stuck in transit - go figure

They carrier tell me that the other one should arrive on Monday

I tell ya, thesed bloody scooters are doomed

How ridiculous Chris. I just hope they work properly now for you. I would have a moan and say how are we supposed to get about with just one over the weekend?

Shame both them them have not been lost in transit then you could get your money back and start again.

I said the same Kazz. I just wish they had lost them both.

I phoned the shop this morning at 9 am asking if they could check if delivery would be made today with snow in a lot of parts of the country. She said she'd ring and find out. After an hour, I hunted the internet, found a number for the carrier and phoned them. Got the answer (and it was they who told me one was out today and the other stuck at their national hub). At 2.40 pm I got an email from the shop to say they hadn't been able to contact the carrier I emailed them back of course

Tomorrow will tell if the one we have works or not
