Friday! Woo-hoo!

Have a meeting at 1pm today and apart from that, not too much else on as I managed to catch up with loads of stuff yesterday. It’ll be busy, but not manic……. there’s the kiss of death – HA!

Off to Tesco after work – oh, the excitement .

Today’s gem:
A middle-aged woman seemed sheepish as she visited her gynaecologist.
'Come now,' coaxed the doctor, 'you've been seeing me for years! There's nothing you can't tell me.'
'This one's kind of strange...', said the woman
'Let me be the judge of that,' the doctor replied.
'Well,' she said, 'yesterday I went to the bathroom in the morning and heard a plink-plink-plink in the toilet and when I looked down, the water was full of pennies.'
'I see.'
'That afternoon I went to the bathroom again in and, plink-plink-plink, there were 5p’s in the bowl.'
That night,' she went on, 'I went again, plink-plink-plink, and there were 10p’s and this morning there were 50p’s !
You've got to tell me what's wrong with me!,' she implored, I'm scared out of my wits!'
The gynaecologist put a comforting hand on her shoulder.
'There, there, it's nothing to be scared about, you're simply going through the change!

Off to work in a mo..... the plan here is to have a firepit tonight so I have to pop out and get some gorgeous sausages, crumpets etc, in fact anything we can cook on it, so pray it stays dry.
This is also my weekend off! Woo Hoo!

Lovely morning here today, been helping Clive at the unit over the last couple of days and back there later today...its so nice to be needed

morning all well last day off today thats me hard at it till xmas now other than having next fri off lol

I am off work today, as we're travelling over to Leeds and York for the weekend

However, first there is the small matter of cleaning out the chickens, rabbits and ducks, going to the feed store, having a shower and packing an overnight bag before we can set off.....

Hevvur is coming over with Teagan to house-sit tonight (and dog sit) so I have also written instructions (and am trying to tidy the house a bit!). I've also popped her some bread in the breadmaker!

I'll be knackered by the time we set off!!
