Marshall - 7 year old Chocolate Lab

Marshall is a 7 year old chocolate labrador and is currently on foster in Newbridge.

Marshall is a real gentleman. If he could open the door for you I am sure he would. He is such a kind hearted and sweet natured dog he is a pleasure for his foster home to look after.

Marshall loves people, including little people. He is currently living with two boys who he adores and the feeling is mutual
He can be rehomed with children kind, gentle children aged 5 +

He absolutely loves his walks and being out in the big wide world enjoying all the sniffs and sights it has to offer. He will need a reasonably active owner who can give him a good leg stretch as he really sees his walks as the highlight of the day.
Once he has been out he is calm and relaxed in the home. He is not destructive, is housetrained and happy to be left for a few hours.



Marshall is not in foster with other dogs but has been good with those he meets out on walks. He will bark at another dog when on the lead if they bark at him first but he does not instigate things and does not lunge or bounce around.

Marshall has not been not been assessed with cats so is an unknown quantity in that department.

All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to rehoming. A homecheck will be required, and you will need to come and meet the dog with your own dogs and family. Hope Rescue rehomes throughout the UK. A Pre-Home Interest Form should be returned to Hope Rescue

Marshall is a poorly boy at the moment. He has infected pads and nail beds and is enjoying lots of TLC from his foster home (where he currently has to sport attractive baby socks!). He will not be ready for rehoming for a few weeks as his castration etc has had to be delayed until he is fighting fit.
