Loving home offered

Hi I am looking to give a forever home to a rescue dog. For those of you that don't know me, I rescued an SBT years ago and have just lost him to a brain tumour.

I am looking for ideally a springer spaniel, golden retriever, setter or a border collie. I obviously would like as young as possible.

A little about me. I live in Brighton, East Sussex. (am willing to drive anywhere for the right dog). I am married with one child left at home now, She is 15 and has grown up with dogs all her life. I am disabled but don't pass me by because of that, I have an all terrain mobility scooter and I love nothing more than spending the morning up in our local wood (I live right outside a huge nature reserve) So plenty of play time. I am in all day so apart from shopping the dog would never be left alone. I have all the time in the world to train him/her. Between me and my wife who also grew up with dogs we have over 50 years of experience with dogs, and most importantly a hell of a lot of love to give. We can adopt straight away.

Bob is probably my perfect dog, and I want him, but it doesn't hurt to have two irons in the fire. This is why I haven't gone to somewhere like Battersea, I'd want to bring them all home.lol.

Off topic I know, and apologies for doing so, but may I please ask what make/model your all terrain scooter is Steve? Mine is an off-road one which is ideal for my needs but I do not think it would be classed as all terrain.

No problem Malka, mine is a TGA Breeze 4S and has gone everywhere I have wanted it to. It is just as at home in the woods or on grass as it is on the road.
