Our New Addition

Ian & I took ourselves down to Barnard Castle in Co.Durham (beautiful place) to view to buy a horse.
We have today become the proud owners of this very beautiful Welsh Section D 15.2hh Chestnut Roan with Flaxen mane & tail. What a stunner he is and with the manners of a gentleman.

Thank you ladies. He is 15 years old so well socialised and schooled for my boys.

The feathers have already gone Dawn. After having an Arab & Irish Draught I was unsure if this breed was my type, but have to say after he listened by word to instructions rather than using the rein or leg I was well and truely impressed.
Thursday is a million years away till he arrives. But have the next few days getting his new home ready.
I am the happiest lass in the whole wide world just now xx
