In equal position; Great Dane- so majestic
Newfoundland-gentle giant
St. Bernard-ditto
Mastiff-ditto
Clumber-just got one, fabulous.
Lot in common with HannahCB, love big dogs, and clumber is, just a bit littler!!

Loki's mum:
Yes, they are a mollos type dog. They were once considered the same breed with Šarplaninac ( = Sarplanina shepherd, Macedonian shepherd) than called Ilirian shepherd. They are also related to Tornjak. In 1968 Karst shepherd and Sarplaninac were finally separated as a breed.

1. Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever - So versatile, great size, excellent working gundogs, they each exude so much personality, train well in any discipline. Always make you laugh.

2. Golden Retriever - Beautiful looking, soft in personality but with a stubborn streak sometimes that makes them great fun. Head reaches up just as far as your hand reaches down for easy stroking height. Can take them anywhere, tails don't stop wagging.

3. Kooikerhondje - A relatively rare breed with a lot of character for a small sized dog. Would love to train one for agility or HTM.

4. German Longhair Pointer - Just love the look of these dogs, but don't know a lot about their character, temperament or trainability.

5. Tibetan Terrier - Only one of my top five not in the Gundog Group. Really lovely looking, cobby dogs. Strong looking for their size with big personalities.

I don't have enough room for all of these...maybe one day.
