Rosie - DOB 03/12, Female, Staffie
Rosie Staffie DOB 03.12 Guildford Foster
Rosie needs a supportive family to offer time and tolerance to allow their new dog to settle. A loving home where her safety comes first and her welfare close second. Proven with very young children. Only pet with a secure garden and management around opening front doors and back gates. Rosie would like to be close within her family eg access to furniture. NB Our Rescue asks owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces and manage encounters, as dog law changes place dog's lives at greater risk.
Known background: Rosie was found stray/abandoned and unclaimed within a council pound. We stepped forwards to offer a Rescue place and save Rosie's life. Rosie is now spayed, chipped and fully vaccinated. Rosie was in kennels but has been living with her foster family and their 2 year old child successfully for since February in Guildford.
About Rosie: A Rose indeed, so beautiful and precious. Little Rosie came to us as a homeless mite. She is a gem and is now prepared for her home. She walks beside you and meets most dogs well but would tell a bouncy dog off, as indeed she should. Rosie is fostered with a young child and is marvellous amongst children in general. Easy to manage but would like to be an only dog please, happy to leave dog meetings to outside of her home. Housetrained and respectful of her home environment. Travels well secured in car. Can be left for short periods and offers a lovely welcome home.
Rosie is a small orange brindle Staffie with prick ears and a cute nose! Rosie has good health. Rosie eats only little so would benefit in having good quality food. Hopefully being small she will have a long life and offer her family a loyal and trusted companionship through the future years.
