Morning all wet here and we got wet taking Dillon out, good job he has a coat his tummy and feathers and head do get wet though.
He is now drying off in the cabin with Gorden while he works.

griff wow that window sounded a big job lucky you were there to help and make sure it was in right.
Chris any positive noise about the viewing yesterday ?

Wet here too Lynn but with sogging drizzle. Washing in machine and then it will have to be into the tumble dryer.

Lol....my dad wasn't happy, he was just going to leave the sill out and screw the frame in but after a bit of persuasion he saw sense lol...read nagging!!
Most adventurous thing for me today....is sorting recycling, I know how to live lol.

Drizzly, mucky morning, but not as cold as of late.

It must have gone well, Lynn, because we got an offer. It was up at £75,000 and we got £63,500. Although a big drop it's a massive result for us because it's still more than we thought we would get.

However, we aren't counting chickens. It's a cash buyer, but as I'm sure you all know, anything can go wrong between now and completion.

Well done griff men I think get a bit niggled if we have a good idea and they hadn't thought of it.
Well done Chris must admit except for 23 years ago we have never encountered a problem when offer accepted, stressful time yes but always gone through.
So fingers crossed it all goes straightforward for you.

Hi everyone good vibes needed. Dillon undergoing emergency surgery he presented with bloat, his stomach has twisted not good. Waiting for an update from the vet.

OMG I'm shocked, poor old boy, hope the vets can sort it, I read somewhere if you get them to the vets quickly they can usually get them through it, I do hope so, yes sending loads and loads of good vibes your way.
