Does anyone have a 'Wii Fit'?

Does anyone have a 'Wii Fit'?

If so whats it like?? I'am thinking about getting one as I really need to get fit.

I kid myself that walking the dogs and playing with them is enough but it isnt !!

I have it, not really sure if it can substitue real exercise but it does get the blood pumping. It is also a lot more fun than real exercise.

Yeah we do! Its brilliant fun and really does make you work up a sweat! PLus of course monitors your weight and BMI. Would definitely recommend it x

Thanks guys - Sounds good - just need a bit of justification on spending all that money on myself!! It usually goes on 'The
Dogs'!

I shall definately look into it or start hinting as its my birthday next month!

We got one on Wednesday. Apart from the embarrassing weight and BMI screen I am really enjoying it. Not sure whether it would work as a sole source of exercise but for a gym shy, often stuck at home with the kids mum, it is better than channel hopping.......
