She's not due in season for about another 6 weeks. We aren't too sure of her cycles as she was in season when we got her, she finished that season on 9th December then she came back into season in April, which we gave her a contraceptive injection for so according to our records it is end of August begining of September for her next season. We are not too sure how regular she is with her seasons and as this is my first unspayed bitch I am learning all the time and am very grateful for your help.

Minihaha, I wouldn't worry about thinking she was a puppy, god knows she acts like one on times

Thanks guys for your help it is greatly appreciated.

Done the 4 am and I am knackered. Son's fun day today and then Jasper at my daughter's class so definately NO SLEEP for me this afternoon.

However waking up and letting both dogs out a 4 worked, not sure how long I can keep this up for though.

Never mind staffy just pretend you have a new baby in the house (minus the nappies) just keep extending the get up time a little. Be positive, it is not so long as having a baby to look after for 18 years is it
I hope you make the parents race at the fun day

Tam obviously isn't too well. This morning she wet and left a parcel for me again. I was up at 4am to let her out. She was just finishing her parcel when I walked in. I let them out and she was sick. I took her temperature and that is normal so I think another trip to the vets is on the cards. She has gone right off her food and isn't drinking as much as she normally does.

She is turning out to be one very expensive dog.
