Restless dogs

Oh it's like having a toddler!

Takara gets very restless at certain times of the day, usually due to being 'over tired' and then there's times like now when she's just plain daft.

She's just had her dinner and it's woken her up, she's been rubbing along the floor, rolling around, sitting, then getting up, stopping for a scratch, looking in the bin, certainly didn't want to sit on her bed.

Then Eddy came in and sat on the bed and now Takara wants the bed, so she's tried dragging the bedding out from under him and he's told her off so she's brought me a tug toy.

Whatever happened to 'quiet time' after meals??

She'll settle down in a minute and chew the tug toy on her own - daft animal.

sounds like Hoki. She always loves to play after her dinner.

Oh very boring!! She's laid next to me in her bed now fast asleep after having tired herself out with a balloon!

Now I know what to do when she has too much energy! Balloons! Lots of balloons!

Funny Dale always wakens up and wants attention after tea.Yet after breakfast he settles down to sleep for a couple of hours I wondered if it was because we were both around at that time and usually sitting down.

lol@ the witching hour!

Dale's mum - my two are calm after breakfast too but they are usually left while I get ready for work.

Think I shall feed them their dinner and then shut them in the kitchen for half an hour for them to have a rest before I let them out again!
