No, don`t do that. We all have spats from time to time - we care about our dogs so will wax passionate. I do agree new people can be taken aback by that.
The alternative - being in harmony all the time - would be pretty dull. And unlikely, given the entertainingly strong opinions on the forum.
BTW I agree the thread was a good idea.
