How fab that he has reached 21 and looks like he'll easily make 25! My 'older' boy is nearly 11. I was out walking with friends and their dogs last week and they couldnt believe that they had to lift their dogs over all the stiles and my old boy was still leaping over everything like a two year old and then barking at everyone once he was over as if to say 'watch and learn people, watch and learn!'

lol, he definitely could i love watching them together, Jake is soooo good with him. At first Jake would persist in iniating play, and knocked Barney over a few times but now he is calmer around Barney and just follows him about Barney generally completely ignores Jake!

You should see him move! I will need to get a video of him, coz boy can he move! and he can pull on the lead really hard lol.

You could get the owner to send his picture up to one of the dog magazines that does a special page for older dogs. They get a special cake if they are the oldest dog and I am sure this one would be!
Oh, i will need to suggest that to her he really is in fantastic shape, and just needs his wee jacket coz he feels the cold easily.

lol, he loves his walks... he runs to the door with his tail wagging frantically! He does spend the majority of the day asleep though

Thanks, he was the wee dog i was talking about on the last walk... he is a great wee dog but has a habit of going to opposite direction to Jake, and gets tangled in the kissing gate i am getting better at walking them together now
