Excessive panting (during season)

Maybe a stupid question but kaya has just came into heat and she is panting none stop is this normal?

Is she well apart from that? Is her temperature raised or is she stressed?
None of my unspayed bitches panted more than usual but they did get hormonal.

Yes apart from this she seems fine, maybe a little restless because we are only taking her out for toileting.
She is eating and drinking as usual x

I don't think it is the weather because it started monday the same time she come onto heat and it wasn't particularly hot at the time, she's been panting all day and night since apart from today its eased off a little x
